As the graphic designer for the Carnegie Museum of Natural History, I played a pivotal role in developing the visual identity for the From Egypt to Pittsburgh series of temporary exhibitions. For Sacred Scents, the latest installment exploring the enduring power of incense in Egyptian culture, I was responsible for crafting the exhibition's panel design and layout.
This project presented a unique opportunity to enhance visitor accessibility and inclusivity by incorporating Arabic translations throughout the exhibition copy. Sacred Scents marked a significant milestone for the CMNH as the first major exhibition to implement this crucial language feature.
